What? - Will you get from it
In Autumn 2023, form property, Manchester based property management company, went through the Map Succession business and marketing programme. Map Succession involved the MD and key management team, committing to strategically planning their future.
Map Succession gives leaders and the senior team the opportunity, away from the office, to focus and deep dive into the opportunities and obstacles of their current business, understand where they are now and together define where they want to be in the next year, three or five years. Literally, designing their future together in an aligned, empowered way. The marketing segment of course is how are you are going to get there, and gives solid action plans and practical implementation.
During the sessions we had incredible interaction, ideation, and breakthrough moments, finding the answers together, which resulted in two new markets opening up. Two new brands, websites and full marketing campaigns and assets followed and the team are highly motivated with both the drive and the tools to equip them to achieve their goals.
